Amanda Rodriguez

Amanda is a recent graduate of Skidmore College with degrees in International Affairs and History. She’s an avid traveler and while still an undergrad, spent five months living in Madrid eating churros, studying Spanish and meeting as many Madrileños as possible. Her travels have taken her across Europe, throughout South and Central America, to several Caribbean islands and all the way across Morocco to the Sahara Desert. Trekking to Iceland to see the Northern Lights is currently on her wish list. Her free time is mostly spent baking sweets, reading Sherlock Holmes novels, watching old movies with her cat, Watson, or hanging with friends.
