Start with Oysters Au Gratin before moving to the Seabass with Chiles and Ginger Crust, Creamy Rice with Lobster, or Shrimp en Papillote. And for dessert, their sweet Spring Roll, stuffed with roasted bananas and cheesecake, is not to be missed. Regardless of your culinary journey, the resort’s sommelier, Christopher Perez, will suggest the perfect wine pairing from their Cava de Santiago, the largest restaurant wine cellar in all of Baja California.
