Recommendations are carefully hand-picked by individuals, not by a predetermined algorithm or a set of search parameters that you enter into a text bar.

There’s no service fee with Mezi, meaning that you’ll pay the same price even if you use another concierge service or personal shopper to help you. All that’s needed to complete your purchase is a credit card, which you enter when you launch the app. Afterwards it’s smooth sailing as Mezi remembers your payment details for future purchases. (Note that Mezi does not personally store your payment details and uses Stripe to securely complete online transactions.)
