The Arizona Biltmore

Jewel of the Desert

Biltmore Exterior

Phoenix in the summer cackles with dry heat, lingering in the triple digits.  Gloriously situated in the blinding sun is the Arizona Biltmore, offering shade and luxury.  The Biltmore is often incorrectly attributed to renowned architect Frank Lloyd Wright, who consulted in four months of its development.  The architect Albert Chase Macarthur took Wright’s “textile block” design, and used rectangles instead of squares, still giving it the “feel” of a Frank Lloyd Wright building.  In Phoenix, the Biltmore is practically legendary and is one of Hilton’s pre-eminent Waldorf Astoria Collection.
