A warm ocean breeze will make any dish more delicious. From February 19-23, one of America’s favorite gourmet festivals returns to South Beach, for five days of culinary events, parties, tastings and appearances by world-renowned celebrity chefs.
The South Beach Wine & Food Festival hosts more than 100 events throughout South Florida, with the mission to “Eat. Drink. Educate.” And once again, 100 percent of net proceeds will benefit the Chaplin School of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Florida International University. To date, the Festival has raised more than $30 million toward discovering new generations of tourism connoisseurs.
Foodies have been heading to the beach for 19 years now!
What started as a wine showcase for students at Florida International University has grown into the gourmet gathering of the season, welcoming more than 65,000 guests to savor the best in wine, spirits and food. All served with a side of South Beach sunshine.
The beloved tastings return to the sands of Miami Beach with iconic events that include Goya Foods’ Grand Tasting Village (February 22 & 23), the Heineken Burger Bash (February 21), and BACARDI’s Beach Carnival (February 23).
Tickets are now on sale for all events, ranging from intimate dinners to late-night parties to family-friendly soirees. The South Beach Wine & Food Festival is the place to taste and tan this winter.
